Cliftonville Cultural Space is based in the former Margate synagogue, in the heart of Cliftonville in Thanet, East Kent. We are currently raising funds to renovate the building as a relevant, accessible, inclusive cultural and social resource for our community.

 

Support from the Architectural Heritage Fund, the Ernest Hecht Charitable Foundation and individual donors has allowed us to begin this process.​

 

In the meantime, support from National Heritage Lottery Fund, Arts Council England, Kent County Council, Kent Community Fund and the Colyer Fergusson Charitable Trust has enabled us to begin work with our local community.
